You got penalty offset damage to 75% which is mean your damage drop 25% to get specific skill to realeased twice. I tested it yesterday before. Its kinda not cool if you want to drop damage to get released skill twice, right? But first.. Its just my opinion. Btw nice video 😊 Sorry if my english still bad. Still learning 😅
